Jack’s Alt-Stays is committed to playing its part in the Fair Work Convention’s vision that by 2025, people in Scotland will have a world-leading working life where fair work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and society.

Jack’s Alt-Stays is an accredited Real Living Wage employer and is fully committed to fair reward through salary.

The Living Wage is a voluntary undertaking intended to recognise the dignity of work and the importance for individuals, families and society of people being able to earn a comfortable living.

We expect our suppliers to adopt the same high standards that we adhere to and promote fair employment practices throughout. We will aim to ensure that our suppliers pay the Real Living Wage to their employees based in the UK. We will promote and encourage our fellow local businesses to pay the Real Living Wage too.
