Which voucher value should I choose?
The cost to stay varies through the season and week. For example, in off-peak season, a 2-night stay in one of our hot tub cabins typically costs between £260 and £340. In the peak season, this will cost between £320 and £400 per 2-night stay.
How do I receive my voucher?
When you purchase your voucher you’ll receive a confirmation email with the unique voucher code.
We’ll also post you out a physical printed voucher card (pictured above) free of charge, with the details handwritten with the ‘amount’, ‘expiry’, and ‘voucher code’ fields completed, leaving the ‘to’ and ‘from’ fields to you.
When does the voucher expire?
Vouchers will be valid for 24-months from the point of purchase.
Which dates can the voucher be used on?
All dates! (depending on availability)
What type of vouchers can I buy?
We offer monetary vouchers starting from £50, and in increments of £50 (e.g. £100, £150, £200, £250, £300 etc.).
Which cabin can I stay in?
Our vouchers are redeemable for any of our 5x Millport Jack’s Alt-Stays cabins – The Hive, The Woods, The Reef, The Jungle, or The Birdbox – depending on availability.
