Will I receive my gift voucher before Christmas?

 

The postage cut off for physical vouchers arriving before Christmas Day has been and gone, but not to worry! Digital vouchers are still available now.

Any vouchers purchased will immediately receive a digital voucher via e-mail, which can be printed at home. These orders will still receive a physical voucher in the post, however physical vouchers will be posted out in The New Year.

Which voucher value should I choose?

 

The cost to stay varies by cabin size, season, and day of the week. To give you an idea:

 

Couple’s Cabins (The Woods, The Reef or The Jungle), each sleeping 2:

  • Off-peak season (Nov – Mar) – typically range from £139/night during the week to £199/night at weekends (£278-£398 for a 2-night stay).
  • Peak season (Apr – Oct) – typically range from £169/night during the week to £229/night at weekends (£338-£458 for a 2-night stay).

Family Cabins (The Hive or The Birdbox), each sleeping 2-4:

  • Off-peak season (Nov – Mar) – typically range from £189/night during the week to £229/night at weekends (£378-£458 for a 2-night stay).
  • Peak season (Apr – Oct) – typically range from £209/night during the week to £259/night at weekends (£418-£518 for a 2-night stay).

We have a 2-night minimum stay as standard, but where a night falls between two other bookings, we’ll open that up as a single night stay. Single night availability tends to fall mid-week and closer to the time as calendars fill up. We usually have a few of these available, and can be seen on our ‘All Availability’ page.

 

How do I receive my voucher?

When you purchase your voucher you’ll receive a confirmation email with the unique voucher code.

 

We’ll also post you out a physical Gift Voucher Bundle free of charge. The Gift Voucher will arrive with the details handwritten with the ‘amount’, ‘expiry’, and ‘voucher code’ fields completed, leaving the ‘to’ and ‘from’ fields to you.

 

When does the voucher expire?

Vouchers will be valid for 24-months from the point of purchase.

 

Which dates can the voucher be used on?

All dates! (depending on availability)

 

What type of vouchers can I buy?

We offer monetary vouchers starting from £50, and in increments of £50 (e.g. £100, £150, £200, £250, £300 etc.).

 

Which cabin can I stay in?

Our vouchers are redeemable for any of our Millport Jack’s Alt-Stays cabins.
